Chest day.
I'm always apprehensive when going to a new gym and they have the oversized barbells on their benches. The size and weight already add a higher layer on me routine so it disrupts my flow.
Because the workout was done in the afternoon lots of teens were there working out and kids are always loud.
As a result I did my unusual routine, it pays to get used to conversion of pounds to kilos.
