Chest day.
Slow and steady lifts with incremental loads towards near failure from three barbell grips starting at close to wide grips each set at ten reps.
Performed on flat and inclined bench with increased of one and a quarter kilo each side.
After failures I moved to inclined and declined dumbbell presses. Then off to do cable flies and tricep lifts with a dumbbell.
To end chest day I moved to my six abs routine. The core burn is real and my mantra "embrace the grind" echoes in my head.
While I consider myself small I think my slow progress is slowly showing to.
