Yesterday there was yet another consecutive sunny day: personally I really appreciate the clear and sunny days.
But it is also true that we are suffering - especially plant beings - a long drought!
While out with the dogs early in the morning, I had a pleasant surprise: on the path I found the pipe that - without realizing it - I had lost during the walk with the dogs the night before.
As you can see in the cover photo, it is a very long pipe (which I like to define a kalumet of peace): until now - despite having invited several people to smoke it with me - I am the only one to have enjoyed the hallucinogens effects... (I'm joking!)
I spent the whole day in the office and attended the weekly meditation meeting with my yoga buddies in the evening.
Back home I played the piano for a while: that's why, among the actifitivities, there is also dance, as the fitbit detects the dance of the fingers of my left hand.

Ieri c'è stata l'ennesima giornata di sole consecutiva: personalmente apprezzo molto le giornate limpide e soleggiate.
Però è pur vero che stiamo soffrendo - soprattutto gli esseri vegetali - una lunga siccità!
Durante l'uscita con i cani al mattino presto, ho avuto una piacevole sorpresa: sul sentiero ho ritrovato la pipa che - senza accorgermi - avevo perso durante la passeggiata con i cani della notte prima
Come puoi vedere nella foto di copertina, si tratta di una pipa molto lunga (che a me piace definire kalumet della pace): fino ad ora - nonostante abbia invitato diverse persone a fumarlo insieme a me - sono l'unico ad averne goduto gli effetti allucinogeni... (scherzo!)
Ho trascorso l'intera giornata in ufficio e la sera ho partecipato all'incontro di meditazione settimanale con i miei compagni di yoga.
Tornato a casa ho suonato un po' il pianoforte: è per questo che, tra le attività di actifit, c'è anche danza, in quanto il fitbit rileva la danza delle dita della mia mano sinistra.
