This afternoon the participants will arrive in the yoga retreat so, together with Cristiana, this morning we took advantage of the visit to the ancient village of Ostra Vetere.

Prosegue la permanenza nella Regione Marche.
Oggi pomeriggio arriveranno i partecipanti al ritiro di yoga quindi, assieme a Cristiana, stamattina abbiamo approfittato la visita al borgo antico di Ostra Vetere.
