Hello 👋🤩 everyone welcome to another actifit report today is where we finalize the menu for the restaurant 😃 the kitchen and bar have to make everything they have on the menu and put it on the table. We also need to be as fast as possible without compromising the quality of the food and drinks.
As you can see from the pictures we have a lot of different type of food the good thing is the kitchen team has its own section of team to make certain type of food example tapas bar team, wok team, steak team etc.
For me so far I'm the only one in the bar the other guy back off after two days of work it's ok bar work is not easy it's understandable because the bar needs to make specialise coffee ☕ we count every grams and every ml has to be on point including our mocktails that we going to serve. Daily checking on expiry dates, make sure everything is fresh, I also need to taste every product after I made all the drinks etc.
So you can see nothing is easy here but if you want it you can get it. Let's go to the best part the amazing food that was served my 2nd favourite part is food tasting
If you been reading my previous post you will notice Most of the food you have seen it before or if you see something is missing that means it was rejected or taken out and also we added some in. The only thing that is missing but confirmed is our homemade fries 🍟🍟 the homemade fries are amazing you need to try it if you're nearby our place our plan is to open on the 10th June Im sure we will make that deadline.
This is all the drinks I made yesterday as you can see 🤠 finally we finalize the drinks yesterday and it's ready to serve to the guest.
Also starting 10th June I can't use my phone while working anymore so I'm not sure how to update on hive. Maybe I just write but no pictures gonna be quit dull don't you think?
Anyway I'm gonna ask their permission again if I can use my phone while working and show them I've been posting about the restaurant to get more exposure it might give me some points so I can get the green light maybe if I don't ask I never know so I'm gonna ask before the 10th June.
Well I guess that's all for yesterday's report I posted late because before I went to bed they said today is our day off I'm bloody happy to hear that after weeks no day off haha but next week we might not have day off due to the opening of the restaurant so let's make it perfect take care keep safe and as always peace ☮️ be upon you.
