This guy is a local businessman who got rich growing a company that makes meat products, but his main passion was always old mopeds and motorcycles, which he repaired and restored starting years ago. When they got too many, he decided to build (next to his factory) a place where they can be put on display, but it looks like the building got too small already as he kept buying and restoring more and more. Truth be told, it's a bit difficult to really appreciate each piece on its own when they're so many packed together. He even got a couple of beautiful cars in there.
