Hi everybody and thanks for stopping by!
I slept in as usual for a Saturday. I always need to do some serious recharging and this seems to be the day that works out best for that. After a spot of oatmeal and a coffee, we started working on music for tomorrow. We have a new mic in doing video recording and needed to get it set right for FB live tomorrow for the church service.
Once that was accomplished, we joined the already in progress SGS community voice chat on discord. It’s an every Saturday afternoon thing we do and we have a good time of chatting and being somewhat silly now and again. It’s awesome to get to hear each other’s voices!
Then, it was time to hike! The weather was more cooperative today with sun and clouds, but no rain. It was cool and breezy, but that is perfect hiking weather.
Actifit-Lamb was up for the hike. She had said she wanted to hold a snail baby, but I convinced her it wasn’t a good idea!😝 She poses at Towhee Ridge on the deck under an elm tree.
I know I showed you guys the baby spiders a couple of days ago, but since then, we’ve had tons of rain. This is what I found today.
It’s like they were cold or something, but when I took the picture, I guess the sound my phone makes woke them up. They converged in every direction.
It was bizarre and almost yucky but fascinating all at the same time! They react to sound!
I really thought this was going to be a snail baby-less day 😔 However, just about 5 minutes from home in the middle of our road, we came upon this little guy.
So, we had one snail baby save!😎 That makes me happy!
Tomorrow will come soon enough and we need to think about sleep here. That’s gonna be it for now. Keep on steppin’! Have a wonderful Sunday and take care!😇👣🎶🐑🐌😘☕️💪😎💕
