We got up this morning and headed out to church for the first time in 6 months! It was great to see the folks that were there. There were just about 20-25 people there. It wasn’t the entire congregation, but was so nice for those of us who have been absent due to coronavirus.
After church, we headed to town to get my salad material and ended up also finding the inverter microwave back in stock. Most microwaves give you a defrost cycle, but in essence, it’s just on and then off in intervals. This Panasonic microwave actually has a built in inverter allowing you to dial down from 100% power to just 10% in increments of 10. It works well for our solar electric situation.

Then of course, on the way he it began to rain! It just figures, but the microwave didn’t get too wet and it works great.
