Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!
Saturday’s are nice because I get to sleep in! I’ve no place to be usually, so it’s fine if I do or don’t.
When I did get up, my first priority was coffee! Then, I needed to work on the PowerPoint for worship service for tomorrow. I got that all done and was anticipating our Saturday voice chat with our SGS community when I got a text from the associate pastor at our church. He had decided earlier in the week that instead of the normal progression, he was changing it a bit. Shaking it up now and again is good! He wanted us to add another song to the last set of music after the sermon. Fortunately, we had just the perfect song to add. However, I did need to go update the PowerPoint I’d already finished, so all of this prevented our Saturday call. Life happens.......
We met Jan at 1:30 to head up to do the whole hike. On the way up, we met the new neighbors who just closed on our old neighbor’s property. They seem like a nice couple with 3 boys. I am sure they will have quite the adventures as they investigate all the nooks and crannies on the property.
We continued on after that. It was a beautiful fall day!
I found all kinds of fall treasures to photograph.

All in all, a beautiful hike.
The evening brought worship practice at church.
Soon it will be time for bed.
