Thank goodness for……….the beauty that surrounds us when we stop long enough to notice!
Today, being my Monday’, was fraught with total chaos! Long and short; a patient was insulted by my coworker’s tone of voice ( I suspect) in an appointment reminder phone call. The patient let into her on the phone and was not nice as per my coworker. So in a nutshell, I ended up running interference and trying to be as helpful to the family as I could when they came in. There was 4 of them. Anyway, it was time consuming for several very good reasons but by doing the font end part, it took me away from my work. Consequently, I’m now seriously behind. Tomorrow finds me with one frame rep plus several patients coming back to order glasses, so I’ll be busy in addition to my normal duties. 🤯🤯🤯
