I started going to the fitness center to work out a bit and improove a bit my lifestyle so I don't gain weight that easy anymore. I was able to loose quite a bit of weight since winter but because it was still a pain in the ass to reduce my intake of calories when I like to eat sweet food and fat food I decided to work out a bit so I have a better metabolism. This I will archive through a workout in the fitness center and I also walk for an hour a day usually. Since my days are already packed with events I have started to go to the gym at 21:00-24:00 for at least an hour, since these are usually the hours that are still left from my day and when I have time to do something else.
