I stepped out today with a simple goal — stay active. But step by step, something shifted. The walk turned into a jog, the jog into a grind, and suddenly it became a challenge against myself.
By the end of the day, I hit 24,247 steps… just short of 25K.
And that’s when I realized — sometimes the goal isn’t just about reaching a number… it’s about becoming the kind of person who refuses to stop.
