Mi informe de Actifit: agosto 20 2025

I went out to run other errands in the street and took the opportunity to activate my step counter. This time I went to get a rice cream for little Alma, my idea is to try other foods of this type to stop her from breastfeeding. She is already two years old, just the right time, according to pediatric guidance. I also went to buy some fruits for her, she loves to have breakfast with lechoza, peach, strawberry and cambur, just like a cocktail.

Of course that cocktail is just the appetizer, then she wants me to prepare an arepa, an empanada or a panqueca with lots of "queco" 😂. She is very funny and makes me laugh with her witticisms. As usual I made the trip to other addresses to buy some products of the basic basket, sometimes you have to compare prices and thus stay with the best options.

The sun was inclement, so I went prepared with my Hive cap and my water bottle to keep me hydrated, both excellent alternatives to protect me and take care of my health, it was a nice walk. This time there was no rain, but the weather is still unstable, so I must be alert to this eventuality and take the corresponding measures. For now I say goodbye, see you soon.

Seguimos en movimiento, salí a realizar otras diligencias en la calle y aproveché para activar mi contador de pasos. Esta vez fui a buscar una crema de arroz para la pequeña Alma, mi idea es probar con otros alimentos de este tipo para que deje de mamar. Ya tiene dos años, el tiempo justo, según la orientación pediatrica. También fui a comprar algunas frutas para ella, le encanta desayunar con lechoza, durazno, fresa y cambur, tal como un cóctel.

Claro ese cóctel es solo el aperitivo, luego quiere que le prepare una arepa, una empanada o una panqueca con mucho "queco" 😂. Ella es muy divertida y me hace reír con con sus ocurrencias. Como es costumbre realicé el recorrido en otras direcciones para comprar algunos productos de la cesta básica, a veces hay que comparar precios y así quedarnos con las mejores opciones.

El sol estaba inclemente, así que fui preparada con mi gorra de Hive y mi botella de agua para mantenerme hidratada, ambas excelentes alternativas para protegerme y cuidar mi salud, fue una caminata agradable. Esta vez no hubo lluvia, pero el tiempo sigue inestable, deno estar atenta a esta eventualidad y tomar las medidas correspondientes. Por ahora me despido, nos leemos pronto.
