Again, I am still amazed at how much exercise you get from crutches, that is where a lot of the activity came from, along with fixing the bed is have been spending way too much time in, the frame slipped a little bit. Really hard to fix standing on one leg...
Also, kind of getting tired of the one leg squats all day long, at least it is helping my balance on that leg.
