Today was another day. I can say that doing the physical therapy is good. Not as painful as the previous day, but good to be moving.
Needless to say, that is where most of the activity came from. It includes leg lifts and pressing to straighten the leg.
Then the next set of exercises for the neck and shoulders put a heavy load on the shoulders, it is nice to feel that burn again. I miss the lifting, hopefully in a couple of months I can get back to it.
