Today's activity came mostly from the physical therapy session, which was good. I did the three sets of curls which amounted to sixty curls again. Also had dumbbell shoulder presses along with lat pull-downs, rows and tricep push-downs. Adding in some other PT items. Overall, it was a good session that hit the shoulders well, beginning to get that shape back which is nice.
Then the knee came later in the day, which is coming along as well, I see the doc tomorrow for hopefully good news.
