Today was all about the physical therapy, which took over an hour. Lots of knee stuff, the stair work was okay, the side steps will get you!
I was able to ride the exercise bike for five minutes, until the stamina caught up with me.
Then it was time for neck and shoulder work, the normal items were good. Then I got some floor press, skull crushers and some flys, all while laying on a foam roller, adds some core in there!
Then just walking around a store for the rest.
