Today's physical therapy seemed more like a workout than therapy. In a good way, not a bad way, well I will probably be sore in the morning, but that is okay.
The rows felt good, learned how to do the seated backwards fly correctly, which felt good. The other exercises were good as well, just all around good day there.
The knee physical therapy at home was the real painful times, just the bending is painful along with the repeated bending of the exercise bike that I was on.
