Today the activity was all from the home physical therapy that took almost two hours.
The exercise bike was okay, the other knee exercises were kind of crazy and I am surprised that my knee did not give out. I am glad it didn't, but still sore and hard to bend past the ninety degrees.
The neck and shoulders was good, I was able to get some lifting in with some floor press, skull crushers and flys, all with dumbells.
