Today was more of a rest and recovery day for me, i was exhausted from the week and from the previous two days worth of physical therapy.
I still rode the exercise bike for a little while, it did loosen up the knee which was good. Then a few exercises for the neck and back, I did have a nice pop in the lower back!
I was also able to do the morning routine with stretching and a good set of push-ups forthe first time since the surgery. It felt nice.
