Today we were bench pressing for our strength session. We were supposed to do sets of 5, and I was able to hit #145x5 today. We were supposed to superset bench press with pullups, so my arms tired out pretty quickly.
Afterwards we had some short runs-200 meters with 20 air squats and 20 pushups for multiple rounds until time ran out. I did about 3.5 rounds today.
I also jogged a mile before we started everything. It is pretty humid here and 70°, so there was more sweating than normal these days.
I am looking forward to a detox because there is so much eating happening and so many desserts to munch on.
