Today was a long day. This morning we did rowing, dumbbell bench press, wall walks, and lunges, and plate to overhead. It was a sweat session indeed.
We had several rounds, and it lasted about 40 min.
I was able to do a few pullups afterwards. They were just singles, but it all adds up.
I was able to have my phone in my leggings for most of the workout today, so it was able to track some of my activity. I needed to get an oil change, so went on a walk while I got that done. I posted about that earlier today.
I made some amazing dinner, and then decided to go on another walk. I think I probably walked about 4 miles today.
