Time to wear some mermaid again. I love my mermaid pants. This morning we were greeted with a challenge to do a 20 rep max back squat for the day.
I don't remember what my old one was- I will have to look it up in my journal, bit it felt pretty mental today to even do 20 of anything. I worked up to a single of 215#, and then repped out my 20 at 155#.
Then, we did a bunch of assault bike and front squats at 135#.
Inhad a busy day at the salon and helping kids with school work, so did not make it out to get some extra cardio today, but tomorrow I will!
Also, I was rewarded with a beautiful sunrise to start my early day.
