Back Squats for 20 again today! Last week I hit 155, and today I managed 165#. We had a bunch of lunging afterwards. This is how I built up to my back squats today.
I needed to get some kind of walk in also, so decided to walk to the grocery store. I c
Brought my son's backpack to carry the groceries in on the way back. It was 1 mile up and 1 mile back.
I was going to finish my walk. And get a jog in, but my daughters wanted to go play dodgeball and convinced me to step in as well. They used smaller balls, but it got me breathing pretty good, and we had fun. Apparently, head shots were not allowed. Ha!
