Today, we had a partner workout. I love being able to split things and work off of another person.
The wallballs were 20# thrown to a 10' target. We split 150, then we had a barbell complex at 75#. It should have felt lighter, but my legs were tired from the week already. The 75 felt like 135. My legs were on fire trying to do it as a complex-
5 squat cleans
4 front squats
3 thrusters
Ouch! We had to do 10 rounds each followed by 150 burpee box jump overs. We only got 82 before being time capped today.
Afterwards, I did some kettlebell swings, pushups and pullups. I was going to go I a run, but nah. My legs need a break. Maybe tomorrow.....maybe back to it on Monday.
