I ended the day at a wedding reception where we danced our hearts away and had some delicious treats. Isn't that why we fitness though- to eat and enjoy all the things?!
I got to dance with my kids and the hubbs. It isn't everyday we get to do that. But maybe we should do it more.
There was running around today with all the activities, but I did make sure that I woke up and got a 5 mile run in to start my day since I wasn't sure how the rest of the day or weekend would go.
I was drizzled on a few times, but am really glad that I went. I got the 5 miles in just under an hour again!!
