Dressed up a little Easterly for the workout. We partnered up for some wallballs, toes2bar and deadlifts. We started off at 155. I worked up to 225lbs. We had to do 5 reps each round and there were 10 rounds. I forgot to take pictures of my rounds. But I increased by 5-10lbs each round until I finished with 5 reps at 225. My form started to die on the last round though.
I also did Easter baskets, started the carrot cake for Easter, and we bought some baby chicks. I totally thought of because of that.
