I wrapped up my week with a strong finish today as despite being out on travel the rest of the week, I was able to have some downtime during the workday. This allowed me to get two sessions to workout today. First, I was outside early this morning for a nice walk to get some good fresh air and some Sun in my eyes. The weather is still holding up well early in the morning so I am trying to take advantage of it as long as I can.
The afternoon was pretty easy so the family and I was able to head to the gym for our weekly GTX class. It was a good mix of interval training on the treadmill with some great floor weight exercises which got me a good full body workout. We got home for a good meal and with time to relax a bit which will be the focus of the weekend. There are some things I need to work on this weekend but I do see the ability to get some good recovery and rest for both body and mind.
