I have been looking online for a while for a treadmill and today I finally found a deal I could not resist. After a busy day at work, I went to the gym for an afternoon workout and headed to pick up the treadmill from a previous owner. It was in good shape but I had a whole other workout just to get it out of their house and put it in the truck. After a good meal, I gave it a try to get my final paces needed for my daily goal.
Having the treadmill now will give me some much needed flexibility as work continues to be busy and challenging given the workload. The rest of the week will be an issue given some travel but I have some opportunities to keep up the program as long as my body holds up as it is a hit sore from the heavy lifts of the weekend. Maybe some rest will do good tonight.
