Today I was up early as I had some things to do before work which did not include a workout. After a delayed coffee, I had a bit of time to go for a walk. Unfortunately, it was raining outside so I decided to go to the treadmill for a half hour slow walk. I went slow as I am still sore in the back area. I no longer think it is soreness as I must have hurt myself somehow. I may have to get some rest to recover the right way.
I had a couple of moments during the day to walk on the treadmill which helped me stay somewhat ahead in case I could not get to the gym. Luckily, I got to the gym in the evening and decided on going full body weightlifting but I scaled the weight lower to avoid getting my back even worse. Will have to monitor things from here and adjust as needed which may include some diet restrictions.
