I had a tough night as I got some congestion back which meant not being able to breathe much so there went my sleep. I was up right after dawn and considering my options, I went to my desk to work on chores around my projects. I was surprisingly productive despite the poor sleep. By noon, I had achieve the majority of the things I had on my weekend list including all of thr heavier lifts to get done. I had some coffee once I was done to prepare for a weekend workout.
I headed to the gym for a good workout although my body was a bit sore from the week that just past and the GTX class last night. My sights were set on getting through the session for some Spa time. After a warm up, I headed to the bench to focus on dumbbells exercises to try to go a bit quicker. I still pushed a bit by lifting a bit higher than usual as I felt good. I finally got to the Spa which has gotten me ready for the evening when I will definitely go for some video games to work around stress.
