My name is Adil, I'm 24 years old and this is actually my very first post in the Actifit Community. I'm really gassed and happy to be here and can't wait to share my fitness journey with y'all.
Today, was a really good day. The sun was out and the weather was just amazing! I went to the gym and hit some biceps today. I was a bit tired because it was chest day yesterday, due to that my chest was a little bit sore. Anyways, I did some biceps workout.
I started with some warmup workouts which included some light dumbbell curls and some light hammer curls. Warmup is really important to prevent injuries.
After warmup, the main workout session starts.
EZ barbell curls: 3 sets X 10 - 12 reps
Dumbbell bicep curls: 3 sets X 8 - 10 reps
Dumbbell hammer curls: 3 sets X 8 - 10 reps
Seated EZ barbell curls: 2 sets X 8 - 10 reps
Cable T-bar curls: 2 sets X 8 - 10 reps
After that i also worked on my forearms a little bit before finishing. I didn't lift too heavy because i didn't feel like it today.
