This is my Actifit Report yesterday, Saturday afternoon, had a good walk going to the gym, weather is good and sunny.

Chest Day
Isolated chest exercises - workout today!
Note to everyone: Always have a good 8 hour sleep before working out. I'm actually having a hard time working out, since I only had 4 hours of sleep in total.
The Workout:
Bench Press (Barbel)
12 repetition x 4 sets
Inclined Bench Press (Barbel)
10 repetition x 4 sets
Declined Bench Press (Barbel)
10 repetition x 4 sets
Inclined Dumbbell Flies
10 repetition x 3 sets
Hex Press
10 repetition x 3 sets
Cable Flies
12 repetition x 3 sets
Diamond Push ups
To failure..
Compound Exercise
After finishing all my chest exercises, I rested for 10 minutes, since I wanted to do some extra workout, compound exercises!
Did you know? By doing compound exercises you will be able to workout almost all the body parts since it targets the large muscle group.
These are the workout I did,
Chin up
8-10 Repetition x 4 sets
Wide Pull ups
8-10 Repetition x 4 sets
Dips
10 repetition x 3 sets
Squats
10 repetition x 4 sets
Bentover Row (Barbell)
10 repetition x 4 Sets
And finally to finish it off..
Deadlift
12 repetition x 3 Sets
After finishing, clean off and rest for a bit before walking back home.
So after the Muscles, I had Mussels for dinner! 😏🫰😜
I am also able to complete my 10,000 steps so it was such an achievement! 🫰✨
