Today was a kind of missed day, went to the hospital and did basically nothing
Walked home and got 50% of my steps in
Lots of work and studying left for me at home , tried the elevated heel hack squat and MTF, that thing blew my quads, I can't do 5 reps with 40lb, evidently my quads are a great deal of a limitating factor, need more work on those puppies
