Time to stretch the legs for a last time before the weekend. This weekend we'll compete on Saturday morning, so there's not so much time to rest between Fri 19h and Saturday 10h15, when I'll be running a 1500m. I had a friend to keep me company so the time passed quicker but we needed to be careful not to get over motivated, he'll be high jumping tomorrow morning... So we jogged 4 rounds of 1600m on the cross with at the beginning of round 2-3-4 a 200m sprint at 80-90%. (37"-36"-35"). That'll do for tomorrow.
