Today was again time for a mountain tail, slavishly organised for the kids, but with the possibility for the parents to participate with the older kids as well. So the children did well today, my son worth a 5th place and my daughter with a 3rd place (1st girl). For me the moment was there to try and run a bit as well, which resulted in a second place with the parents. Could keep quite a good pace of 5'05"/average, considering that according to Strava there were 164m height difference in only 4,8km...
I forgot my mobile in the car so there are a lot less steps than I did in reality...
