Since I've decided to run a 1500m on Sunday, I'll have been doing quite some less kilometers this week than I had planned, thus I decided to work rhythm a bit. So the day after the 8km cross I went back to the same place to do 10 km, increasing rhythm every round of 2km starting at 5'/km and ending with 4'19"/km averages over 2km rounds. Happy with that cause I was alone and it was cold (but fortunately not windy) Another facemask was my part. #AliveAndThriving #alive
