3 workouts to prepare the 10000 m on the track for next week. Today the normal precompetition training but with 4 sprints (usual stuff before a 1500m control); just more eye for the stride in the sprints and increasing the base pace. Tomorrow will follow 1500m at the track. Forecast says almost no wind so I might be closer to the 5'. Sunday 10km on the road trying to maintain a pace just under 4'/km. And actually I could add Monday here, for relaxing the legs during 10-12km. That's the plan... We see how far I'll get... #AliveAndThriving #alive
