I needed to do the warm up not to miss the first Serie of 4000m (3500m were done already when I joined in). Pace was about 4'20"/km. After 2' rest, we increased the place to under 4'15" for the next 4km and after another 2' rest we wanted to go for under 4'10" at the first 2km and 4'05" at the last 2km. In the end we pushed hard and we ended up at 4'01"/km at our last 4km series... Next Sunday crosses start and I'm feeling a little more sure to run the half marathon at 6th December. Afterwards came the suffering of being a father of a daughter lol #AliveAndThriving #alive
