No training since the half marathon last Wednesday, I was worried a bit of I'd be able to pick up again. Fortunately the weather was great and my friend Blai was also feeling for some training. We did 5 series of 8' with 1' rest in between at 4'10"/km which was better than the 4'15"-4'20 which were planned. For me this was fast and long enough, so probably I haven't been recovering enough from last Wednesday yet and maybe it's better like this that the cross today (which I would have been running 6km and 9km) was cancelled... At the same time the kids could train and play as well while we've been enjoying the outstanding weather!
