Hi hivers. Yesterday I went to the office in the morning and in the afternoon as usual with my girlfriend to the exercises. We did a leg routine, focusing on the glutes. Here is the routine.
Warm-up
- Squats without weight (1 set of 100 reps).
Routine
1. Hip Thrust with Bar
- Sets/Reps: 4 x 12.
2. Sumo Squat with Dumbbell
- Sets/Reps: 4 x 12.
3. Romanian Deadlift with Bar
- Sets/Reps: 4 x 12.
4. Bulgarian Split Squat
- Sets/Reps: 4 x 12 per leg.
Tip: Focus on the mind-glute connection during every exercise! 💪🍑.
That was yesterday. This Saturday I don't have to go to the gym but I did go for a walk in the morning and got to 5k of activity. Don't stop moving, stay active.
