Retrospectively, a lovely session at the gym yesterday🔥
Hit the gym after a li g day at work, had a productive workout and even did some heavy bag work. It had been a while since the last time I put on the gloves, but was glad to see I’m not that rusty. Mixed the rounds in the bag with some speed rope and classic peekaboo drills.
A great sweat drenched experience! 🔥🥵😉
