When I was walking towards my duty, I turned on the Activator app so that all my steps could be counted. I also had a bicycle in my hand. I kept walking with the bicycle and moving towards my destination. In this way, the steps and steps increased and today I have cleared 10,000 steps. I also did some cycling. I sweated after cycling. It felt great. But I will say that when 10,000 steps were completed, I was satisfied that I had achieved my goal for today. And I believe that walking is very good for health. We should walk every day and exercise so that our body keeps moving and our blood pressure will also be normal. And the cholesterol that we have, the fat in our body, will also be reduced.
