Today I have again completed the target of 10,000 steps. Today I woke up early in the morning, I took a morning walk, then after 2 o'clock I walked slowly in two or three steps and by cycling I completed 10,000 steps and in the same way I will continue this series because every step gives health and cycling keeps the body fit and active, so 10,000 steps is my effort to cross every day and keep myself healthy. Every step and every day walk will keep me healthy and will also benefit me. My body will burn calories and when calories are burned, the obesity in my body will disappear and in this way I will also become handsome and smart. So if you want to keep yourself healthy, keep walking, keep cycling and enjoy life. The target of 10,000 is complete and today again I I am sharing my report with you.
