Greetings everyone!
Today I want to share you about my fitness journey and about the machine which helps to know you about. The machine which I have shared you above is called as BMI (BODY MASS INDEX). As this machine shows you about your body progress, and it plays very important role even for the body builders. See in the picture it shows every detail of your body muscle, weight etc. And even the data as per your height that you are normal, over, or weak. There are also few rules to be followed while you are measuring your body mass index.
If you are doing BMI of your body, the first thing is you should do it in morning without any food your stomach should stay empty. And you should not drink water before 10 minutes when you measure your body weight, you should not even do workout. Means your body should be very comfortable and no moment should be there to get the exact BMI of your health. And as you can see it shows all the level I am doing BMI once in 2-3 months to know I am in right direction or not, should i change my workout, diet food etc.
So now in this BMI you can see everything is normal, and the muscle mass is getting over. So I have consult to the trainers and they have told me it should get high as much as you can it's really good thing no need to worry. And that's really good, I was really happy after hearing all this things from a trainer. They have told me you are really fit, but they also said make sure you do some cardio on time and take care of your health and things should stay in control.
When you are really consistent to your workout and when you see results it really give you more motivation to do more better. I would say you should also try to start and stay fit healthy. Because health is first and every person needs to live longer.
