My contribution this post in foodphotography. Its one of my favorite food. My mom cooked this curry of chicken with potato.
Chicken always beneficial for health. Its boost our immunity system. It provides protein that helps to muscle growth, phosphorus potassium and sodium. In terms of vitamins it is huge source of vitamin B12 B6 & it also contains various kinds vitamins.
Vitamin B6 it is important play of in many of the chemical reactions that happen in the body.
It also helpful for heart health.
