Mustard greens are popular green veggies in Asia. These vegetables are also good to be used as a smoothie.
So this time I will show you how to make Green Smoothies with Coconut Milk. Here I use Mustard Greens, and it can be replaced with other vegetables that you currently have at home.
The Ingredients:
- 100 grams of frozen mustard greens
- 200 grams of frozen apples
- 100 ml of thick coconut milk
- 20 ml of orange juice
Optional: Coconut Sugar or Honey
Mustard green smoothies are indeed yummy, and healthy for your breakfast treat!
