Today I am going to share with you about welcoming child to decision making discussion.

When your son or daughter join on a profession, he starts to take some responsibility. So as a guardian you should welcome them to participate in decision making role in different aspects of your family.

First time they may feel shy. But it is your responsibility to call them and engage with some decision-making process.

If you do this properly, they will feel a great esteemed and comfort. They become relaxed about their roles and responsibilities in the family. It will increase their mental strength and confidence level.
