Friends, Happy Friday everyone.
Today was a beautiful day, the weather was very clear and sunny. In fact, beautiful environment is always desired by us, because environment plays a great role in keeping the times enjoyable. That's why I always try to share good feelings when there is a good atmosphere.
Today I will share with you an old recipe, the recipe was made several days ago but not shared with you. Actually, people in this region like fish a bit more, so most of the time there is fish in the food items, but we try to cook the fish in different ways, so that the amount of taste increases a little.
But with fish we cook using different types of vegetables, besides vegetables we use many things for various reasons considering the taste. Like today I used yardlong bean and jackfruit seeds with fish, the recipe was slightly different, but the taste was pretty good. So, I hope you like the recipe.
In the recipe I used-
- Fish
- Yardlong bean
- Jackfruit seeds
- Onions
- Chilli
- salt
- Oil
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Cumin powder
- Ginger garlic paste.
Preparation phase-
I first cleaned and washed the fish and then rubbed them with light turmeric, chili powder and salt.
Then I put a pan on the stove and heated it with oil and fried the fish.
Then I chopped onions in a hot pan and lightly fried them.
Then I add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt as per quantity.
Then I mixed all the spices and diluted them with light water.
Then I sliced the yardlong bean and fennel seeds, watered them lightly and covered them with a lid.
After that I added enough water, fried fish and green chillies. Then I added cumin seeds. I have dried the water.
Then I get down to serving, see how the cooking went and how different recipes are prepared in our region. This is one of my favorite and delicious recipes.
