You decided to head west towards a slight glimmer of light. It was perhaps an hour and an hour walk if not a bit longer. You somewhat welcomed the sight of natural light again. You just hoped there was not a blizzard going on or you might have to spend another day in this cave.

That cave itself slowly opened up so you could walk naturally. There were also no more moments of having to crawl on your knees to get past any low-hanging rocks. It was quite an easy walk. There was also nothing noteworthy about this rather short journey.

Before you knew it you had reached the mouth of the cave to exit. While it was not sunshine and rainbows outside it could be a lot worse. With how quickly weather appears to move around on this planet you will take decent conditions when you can get them. It could change in an instant.

You could head back into the cave if you feel there is anything left worth searching for; otherwise, the cave network is the only thing in the area worth checking out. As such you could head north or south both lead to tundra and quite a long walk.
